HI everyone and first let me say I apologize for not posting my weekly ask Mistress post this past Wednesday, unfortunately some difficult life changing things popped up that had to be dealt with and I was not home to be able to post. I will be back to posting my ask mistress post this up coming week so do look for it.
With that said I got a question sent in to me last night that I feel deserves an answer and one that might help the person who asked and anyone wondering the same thing.
Dear Mistress:
Why do so many mistresses, including you, not answer blog comments or only answer some and not others? I always thought mistresses would appreciate people taking the time to read and interact, but it doesn’t seem so. I have left many comments on at least half a dozen blogs in the past few weeks, nothing controversial, that have gone unanswered. I was wondering if you could provide any insight. Thank you mistress for considering my question.
Let me start my reply with I am only going to speak for myself it wouldn’t be cool of me to speak for others and why they may or may not reply to blog comments.
Now let me apologize because you are right I have not been on top of my comments for some time and it is not cool…plain and simple not cool of me. I do value all comments and appreciate each and everyone of you taking the time to leave them and hope you will continue to do so even though I have not been keeping up with them.
I will add that some comments if the person is new to my blog go to a pending folder for approval and sometimes I forget to check it…okay real deal …I forget to check it not sometimes but after having just approved and replied to 17 pending ones I will say it was more than just sometimes…..totally my fault and I have gone through them now
Even with my apology and all that I said above let me also say that I get lazy plain and simple and there is no excuse for it but laziness…sure I could blame it on life getting in the way or a number of other valid reasons but the bottom line is I get lazy and when they pile up it makes me lazier because then it will take longer to reply to them all. I also when I allow them to pile up miss some and it is not intentional…and I don’t pick and choose who to answer or not I try to answer them all.
So with all that said I promise to try to do better……I have some pretty big things happening in my world right now that might make me slip up again and not only miss blog comments but being on for calls as well…but I will make a better effort to be more present and thoughtful of all of you wonderful readers who take the time to comment on my blog posts.
Also if you have left a comment on my blog and this goes for everyone not just the person who sent this to me and I have not replied to it please mail me Constance@Enchantrixempire.com and let me know the title of the blog or blogs you left the comment on and I will tae care of it asap.

I appreciate the opportunity Mistress Constance has provided here for us (other Mistresses) to respond as well.
I find the question so important and am really, really glad the poster felt comfortable enough to ask the question… such a valid concern.
I am still fairly new (just over a year here) and my blog is still not nearly as active as many others (Ms. Constance’s amazing blog, for example), so answering comments isn’t an enormous challenge for me yet. I try to answer every comment within a couple of days, but can totally see someone as busy as our hostess here overlooking approval files, piles of comments and even saving them in draft folders to complete at a later date.
But, dear poster, I will absolutely remember this comment… and keep doing my best to answer in a timely manner!

Ms Constance, with the amount of different things that you do and the sheer number of hats you wear here in EE, I’d be more surprised to hear that you DON’T miss comments! The amount of stuff that you do around here is awesome!
aww jem jem you are sweet but the fact remains I fucked up and it effected some so I owned up to it and will do my best to not let it happen and ty sweetie I like wearing diff hats and panties to match hehehehehe

I’m glad you brought this up and answered the question so eloquently Constance. I’m fairly new as well, and I do my best to answer everyone, but I’m not gonna lie sometimes comments slip through the cracks, or I get distracted working on another project and forget to respond. I will definitely try to do better at making sure I answer everyone’s comments, it only takes a few seconds and it’s fun to interact with the readers. 🙂

A part of me despises that you feel a need to explain why things happen that keep you from replying to everything that is directed to you. But the other part knows you well enough to know how hard you work and how much effort you put into every individual that feels compelled to reach out to you. Just a couple of the many many reasons I have mad respect for you. Thanks for thinking of me/us even during your trying times. Adore you!

Great blog! This is a valid point. Blogs and comments are a great way of interacting and developing relationships with mistresses, and I appreciate you and other mistresses who take the time to respond and encourage feedback. I honestly don’t understand why some mistresses don’t. But you have nothing to apologize for Constance, not with all you do here every day on blogs and social media to interact with so many people. You’re one of the all stars to emulate. But I think judging by the comments, just by writing this, you have served a good purpose by bringing attention to this issue and getting a discussion going. Thank you for writing this and for all you do, and I hope things get better soon.
